AMA Wing Chun Kung Fu is logical and systematic approach to learning one of the world’s most effective and popular Chinese martial arts. It’s an organisation dedicated to teaching Grandmaster Ip Man’s lineage of Wing Chun Kung Fu in a safe and friendly, non-competitive environment, while developing the fundamental principles of confidence, fitness, self-defence, health and discipline.

Who Developed AMA Wing Chun Kung Fu?

AMA Wing Chun Kung Fu was developed by Sifu John Cossentine (a talented martial artist with 30 years experience) and is responsible for the overall  development of each and every student and instructor in the organisation.  

As a martial artist, Sifu John Cossentine is extremely passionate about helping people achieve their full fitness and Wing Chun potential, through regular and consistent practice of Wing Chun Kuen.

Qualifications include: 

  • Master of Wing Chun Kuen (Sifu) 

  • Certified Hatton Boxing for fitness instructor

  • Active IQ level 2 fitness instructor
