It’s an organisation dedicated to teaching Grandmaster Ip Man’s lineage of Wing Chun Kung Fu in a safe and friendly, non-competitive environment, while developing the fundamental principles of confidence, fitness, self-defence and discipline as a reward.

WHO DEVELOPED AMA WING CHUN KUNG FU?

AMA Wing Chun Kung Fu was developed by Sifu John Cossentine. Sifu John Cossentine is the chief instructor and founder of AMA Wing Chun Kung Fu and is responsible for the development of every student and instructor of the organisation.

 

As a martial artist, personal trainer and personal development coach, he is extremely passionate about helping people discover their full fitness and Wing Chun potential, through learning Wing Chun, in conjunction with traditional martial art values such as confidence, self-respect, confidence, fitness and discipline

Sifu John Cossentine is also a certified Hatton Boxing for fitness instructor, active IQ level 2 fitness instructor, active IQ level 3 personal trainer, NLP practitioner and personal development coach. He prides himself on providing something for everyone and enjoys helping others make new and positive changes through regular martial arts, fitness, and mental, emotional fitness training.
