TESTIMONIALS

"Sifu John Cossentine is a great teacher with obviously years and years of experience and is fantastic at breaking things down and learning to apply the applications into the form. Hard-work and commitment is what he brings to each session and he somehow brings that out in you. Learning so much and look forward to learning loads more. Thanks.” - Martin Barrett

"There's a skill to teaching and John's definitely got it. Some instructors make you feel imtimidated and nervous, others inspire you to want to perform well." - Patrick Cotton

A brilliant teacher who is inspiring and understanding. Sifu sets real goals that make you want to practice rather than too many goals, which can be overwhelming.” - Patrick Cotton

"I think the training John put me through and knowledge he imparted is worth it's weight in gold." - Brian

"I have just completed the Wing Chun foundation course with Sifu John Cossentine and found it an excellent way to get acquainted with the martial art and to ensure that I have a good knowledge of the fundamentals in building a solid foundation. Sifu John Cossentine is a great teacher and has been able to adapt his teaching approach to make sure I understand each lesson fully and how to get the most out of my training. I now feel confident to move on and look forward to continued learning at AMAWCKF. I would recommend The AMA Method to anyone who wants to learn Wing Chun from beginner to advanced levels." – Ben Healsey (Ricky Hatton Academy)

"I have studied Wing Chun for 9 years with various teachers and I can clearly state that the ama method is the most effective that I have been to. Classes are structured always with an end goal in mind and you always have something to work towards with your training rather than going through the motions. With the Wing Chun syllabus split into chunks it makes it easier to get through; it makes completing the Wing Chun system an attainable goal rather than something that you may eventually achieve."  - James Wright.
